This is a replacement lamp (bulb) for the STEALTH the Factory used 2 types of bulbs so you need to determin which you have ...... measure from the outside connection to the other outside connection the STEALTHBULB-N measures .040 inch (aprox 3/8 inch)
and the STEALTHBULB-WIDE measures .060 inch (aprox 5/8 inch)

This is a RETURNED for warranty board for the STEALTH and/or the MIRT. They are from warranty return's that I replaced with a new unit rather than find the short or the bad resistor. You can use the parts off these to repair your present unit. They might or might not come to you in a STEALTH case, they might be siliconed to the STEALTH box. With the order of three units I will be sure that 1 (one) of them are from a MIRT (no case & no glue) and also with the order of three I will include 2 (1 set) new resistors that are the 2 that are the most likely to fail
And NO I don't include a schematic with your order ........ Sorry
